Cast includes Jason Andrews, Eddie Daniels, Kevin Corrigan, Kimberly Flynn, Sean Hagerty, Mark Alfred, Christopher Cooke, and Bob McGrath. (99 minutes, 1995)
Albino Alligator: Disheartening flick in regards to a trio of dysfunctional lawbreakers who hide out in a basement bar in New Orleans, accidentally starting a crisis. In the mean time, the Feds assemble outside, imagining a much more perilous and desired lawbreaker is holed up inside. Spacey’s directorial debut presents an excellent cast and gets off to a promising start, however it sputters to a dramatic stop midway through. Cast includes Matt Dillon, Faye Dunaway, Gary Sinise, William Fichtner, Viggo Mortensen, John Spencer, and Skeet Ulrich. Cast includes Emmet Walsh, Joe Mantegna, Frankie Faison, and Melinda McGraw. Rockula: Teenage vampire Cameron is powerless to lose his virginity due to an age-old hex. Cast includes Dean Cameron, Tawny Fere, Susan Tyrrell, Bo Diddley, Thomas Dolby, and Toni Basil. (87 minutes, 1990)
Flubber: Absent-minded professor Phillip Brainard is working on a revolutionary discovery. When he finally succeeds, the world is introduced to and incredible gooey substance called Flubber. When applied to almost anything, the effect is to massively increase the rebounding qualities of the object, seemingly defying gravity.
Hoffa: A biography of legendary Teamster supervisor Jimmy Hoffa modified into a must see film by the galvanizing acting of Nicholson as Jimmy Hoffa. Cast includes Jack Nicholson, Danny DeVito, Armand Assante, J. T. Walsh, John C. Reilly, Blunt Whaley, Robert Prosky, Karen Youthful, and Cliff Gorman.(140 minutes, 1992)
Toy Story: A boy’s top choice toy, a doll named Woody, feels bullied and properly so by the emergence of a new toy, a high-tech spaceman model promoted on Television. An adult story masquerading as a kids film, this tale of kinship, fickleness, and the need for acceptance has a vibrant cast of characters led by Woody and his adversary, Thrill Light-year. Their facial proclamations and body language is as excellent as anything ever seen in a conventional animation. Cast includes Tim Allen, Don Rickles, Jim Varney, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Annie Potts, Laurie Metcalf, and R. Lee Ermey. (80 minutes, 1995)
Adam’s Apples: This movie is a bizarre dark comedy about two very different men who have a battle of wills. It is a newly developed religious zealot versus a hard core neo-Nazi criminal. The battle of good versus evil is on. The main stars are Ulrich Thomsen, Mads Mikkelsen, Nicolas Brom, and Paprika Steen. (German-Danish-comedy directed by Anders Thomas Jensen)
